Great dry cleaning they did a fantastic job at cleaning my heavy duty work jacket. I’ll be using them more often, also great customer service.Posted on Google
Daniela Miranda338 days agoService is friendly and bilingual in English and Spanish, which is great for our large Spanish-speaking community. The timeframe to get our items back is very reasonable and the job is done to perfection. I've tried other dry cleaners just because they have a location closer to my home, but I keep coming back to Creekside as the work they do is better.Posted on Google
Greg’s Local Guide to Houston343 days agoAs a consumer that’s passionate about Google business profiles I wanna make sure to write a great review but I also wanna call out how they make it so easy to do business with them. I’ve tried other dry cleaners, and whether it’s due to language barriers or just mistakes other cleaners have the hardest time entering my name and my phone number of their system Bright touch is doing it the right way. After I dropped off my clothes I received text to get the rest of my information and my payment method so that I can be in and out. Building systems in your business is so smart. Thanks for making the experience so easy and seamless. On top of that it’s in Creekside Village, which I really enjoyed going to, so not only is it close to me, but the service makes me look no further.+1Posted on Google

Anastasia Marodi673 days agoSo far, GREAT SERVICE!! Found that these cleaners and decided to try them out for the first time last week. We had 10+ men's button down shirts, a wool sweater, and 2 women's event gowns cleaned, and though it's only our first time using them, the experience was great. A few other helpful notes: -They run specials weekly it seems and that helps make the price more affordable -The clothes seemed to be cleaned well, and none of the buttons were broken on the men's button down shirts (this has been a problem with other cleaners in the area) -They are professional & friendly. The shop is also organized and clean, something that is always appreciated! -They're online messaging system gives you updates in real time and you can see prices and any updates while they have your order. I've never had a cleaner be so digitally-friendly or organized, again, this is appreciated as it makes the whole experience much quicker and transparent. I will update my review in a few months if anything changes.Posted on Google
