I use the pick up/drop off service and they communicate so well. I get texts to confirm service and delivery. The quality of the cleaning is great. I am very sensitive to detergents and have no issue with their products. The clothes are always clean and pressed and look great. I won't use any other cleaner! I called your cleaners, and I was told yes you do clean baseball caps. These items, to me, are priceless. So I had my items picked up when they were brought back to me. I was shocked and amazed!!! They were phenomenal. I cannot believe it. You guys did so much better than Tide Cleaners, 500% better, and then in a couple of days you brought me the white T-shirt. That tells you everything you need to know about how pleased I have been with the quality of their work and their kind customer service. I love that they remember my name when I come in, and they pay very close attention to and repair missing buttons, loose hems or rips so I'm not caught off guard when I want to wear something.
