20 days agoI absolutely love this spot! I’m a first time mom with a newborn who isn’t sleeping much. I called and felt so terrible for asking if someone could come out and take my husband’s suits from my car so I wouldn’t have to wake her up. Nayeli was so understanding of my situation and came out to take the suits and let me know if I ever needed assistance again they’d be happy to do it! 🫶🏽 thank you Clean Touch for making errands with a baby so easy!!

The staff is friendly, professional, and takes great care with every item I bring in. Their turnaround time is fast, and they consistently exceed my expectations. It’s hard to find a dry cleaner you can truly trust, and this one has definitely earned my business. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and attention to detail!

304 days agoAs a consumer that’s passionate about Google business profiles I wanna make sure to write a great review but I also wanna call out how they make it so easy to do business with them. I’ve tried other dry cleaners, and whether it’s due to language barriers or just mistakes other cleaners have the hardest time entering my name and my phone number of their system Bright touch is doing it the right way. After I dropped off my clothes I received text to get the rest of my information and my payment method so that I can be in and out. Building systems in your business is so smart. Thanks for making the experience so easy and seamless. On top of that it’s in Creekside Village, which I really enjoyed going to, so not only is it close to me, but the service makes me look no further.

I took my favorite beaded dress and leather shorts to this location and they look like new again, the clerks are very friendly and had it ready in a good time frame since I had a party and needed it right away. Definitely be back.

This is actually my first time leaving a review for someone but village cleaners deserve it, and it was ready in three days. It smell good and softer than ever. I highly highly recommend 10 stars for me 🥰🥰🥰🥰
671 days agoI found this cleaners doing an internet search. I received a fully beaded dress that was my mom’s after she passed. From a picture I had, I was guessing it to be about 40 years old. It has no care label. It is fully beaded neck to hemline. It also has tan sequined flowers. I thought it would be fun to wear to my niece’s upcoming wedding. But, it’s 40 years old, been in storage and needed it cleaned to wear. I was able to send a message and asked about cleaning the dress. Leonardo answered me. We discussed the dress via text and I decided to bring in the dress for cleaning. I met Lioe at the store and we decided on steam cleaning. Lupe said the dress was hand made and hand beaded. That’s my mom! I picked the dress up today and it looks great. Thank you Leonardo and Lupe! I higher recommend your personalized service and your care of my mom’s 40 year old dress. I will return.
719 days agoHighly recommend Brite Touch. Everything communicated with the app, even pictures of my clothes so there are no discrepancies. Prices are reasonable as well. Staff was super friendly. Clothes handled properly. They even deliver which is a plus for me.
750 days agoI had a great experience at Village Cleaners! I had 4 pairs of pants hemmed and they fit perfectly now. The pants were completed right on time and Maria was very kind and personable. I will definitely bring my clothes there again!

I almost went to another place because it was closer but the reviews were terrible and glad I found this place, they earned my business and will continue to use them going forward.

I have been going to her over 6 years now an she is literally Always on Point with Alterations!!!!🤩She is Patient Sweet an Kind!!!!! You Always see that she Wants to Make her Customers Happy 😃 All the Time!!!!! I was there 1 time a Lady told her 5 to 6 different things to do to to a 👚 Blouse!!!! I stood there to watch a she Shook her Head yes At Everything the Lady Said!!!😂She is such a Sweet Lady so I recommend her to Everyone!!!!!!🙌🏾She does all of my Work Uniform Pants!!!!

1107 days agoFirst time customer based upon the recommendation by my mother and her husband. Friendly and clean atmosphere and not expensive comparatively speaking . I will probably use them again instead of Comet just based upon the friendly atmosphere .
1159 days agoI have tried many different dry cleaners over the years and bright touch Cleaners is easily my favorite. My shirts and pants always come out very nice and crisp and the staff here is very friendly and remembers my name. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good place near Sugarland and Highway six.

2579 days agoWe were devastated by Hurricane Harvey as were most people in Katy. 90% of what was in our one story rent house was destroyed. My husband, Andy took all of our clothes that were above the waterline to Parkway Cleaners with the hope that something could be salvaged. I was in shock when i saw my beautiful wardrobe, perfectly cleaned, pressed, creased, hung and folded!!! Every single piece we gave them including leather jackets, boots, shoes etc. My sweaters were all folded with linen paper and placed in plastic bags. My entire wardrobe looked brand new...the colors even seemed more vivid. I was so grateful as i thought all of my beautiful clothes were gone, BUT THEY WERE BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE AND LOOKED BETTER THAN BEFORE! I almost didn't want to get dressed and wrinkle the perfect pressing and hanging of my garments. Everything we gave them came back looking better than before the storm and we are both so thankful and pleased. We felt they did the kind of job for us they would've done for their own family, PLUS they kept in contact with us and provided everything as promised in the time promised. We will never forget our experience with this fine establishment.

3 days agoI use to go to cleaners on highway 6 and Fluordaniel area for many years since 1998. They close and I found brite touch they are professional and do very good service. The lady at the reception always very attentive and nice personality.

26 days agoBrite Touch does a beautiful job on both clothing and household items. They handle everything with care and everything comes back perfectly finished. They are able to return your items within a few days for a very reasonable price. I really appreciate that the dry cleaning has NO CHEMICAL ODOR. They are very friendly and accommodating.

54 days agoI was going to the store and dropping it off every Monday and picking it up on Mondays while my daughter was at tutoring. Then they started offering delivery. I can now request pick up and delivery times or they’ll send me a message once to twice a week asking if anything needs to be picked up. Place the bag outside and they pick it up that day and it is returned on the delivery day. Super easy inconvenient. Only had one issue with two shirts, had not been returned with an order contacted the store and the order was delivered that same day With a big apology. Been using them for about a year now
54 days agoI needed a new shirt for my husband ironed and returned in 24 hours. He was leaving the following day for a 2 year job in Turkey Texas I was important yo him. The new girl behind the counter got it back to me by 10am the next morning! Very appreciated. Thank you!

The process of dropping off and picking up is extremely easy and I'm very excited about the convenience. The idea of automation was a surprise, but I'm looking forward to being a regular customer.

75 days agoThey do good work. However, they have ruined two items by laundering the garments instead of dry cleaning. I assume these were errors due to someone not reading the labels and I now pin "dry clean carefully" on the order.

76 days agoThey cleaned my 20-lb weighted blanket when my regular dry cleaner would not. Friendly service and my blanket looks brand-new again! I would definitely recommend Brite Touch to anyone who needs their bedding professionally cleaned.

83 days agoWe have been using the laundry services at Brite touch in Riverstone since over 3 years. I am pleased with their service. Mostly I give work clothes for laundry but at times I also have Indian wear/sareers and they do a good job. The staff and the owners are helpful and friendly. Sapna is my go to person if I have any queries or concerns and she goes above and beyond to take care of them. My laundry is returned on time and I also get a text notification of when it is ready. Highly Recommended.

If you want friendly "family" service with quality cleaning with a no excuses mindset, then consider Bright Touch/Village. No comparison between family owned service vs. a corporate owned business such as the big competitor in town whose focus lays elsewhere.

My family and I have had some unfortunate events the last few Years regarding financial difficulty, and they have treated me with the utmost respect. When I first called to check prices, Perveen was willing to do whatever it took to get me in as a customer. Since then they have held my clothes longer than normal. They have just been absolutely amazing and I have nothing but the best things to say if you’re looking for some good dry cleaning it’s honest hard-working individuals you should bring your stuff here..

128 days agoI’m very satisfied with this dry cleaning service and the level of care they provide. I brought in several shirts, trousers, and a blazer, all of which were returned looking freshly cleaned and well-pressed. The fabric quality was preserved perfectly, with no fading or damage. They even managed to remove a tough stain from one of my favorite shirts that I had given up on. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly knows what they’re doing. I also appreciated the quick turnaround time, which made things very convenient for my schedule. The pricing is reasonable and clearly explained, so there were no surprises. Overall, it’s a dependable service I can confidently recommend.
129 days agoPhenomenal work and outstanding customer service! I took a delicate satin dress with a greasy food stain and after the first clean it didn’t come out. Without hesitation, Mrs. Dina said that she would personally clean it and she delivered! The dress looks brand new without any signs of the stain. She stood by her word and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and content. Finding customer service like this in today’s time is hard to find so I’m a sold customer for life! Even though it’s a bit of a far drive for me I’ll be back with all my delicates. You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Mrs. Dina!
