I’ve tried other dry cleaners, and whether it’s due to language barriers or just mistakes other cleaners have the hardest time entering my name and my phone number of their system Bright touch is doing it the right way. After I dropped off my clothes I received text to get the rest of my information and my payment method so that I can be in and out. Building systems in your business is so smart. Thanks for making the experience so easy and seamless. We had 10+ men's button down shirts, a wool sweater, and 2 women's event gowns cleaned, and though it's only our first time using them, the experience was great. A few other helpful notes: -They run specials weekly it seems and that helps make the price more affordable -The clothes seemed to be cleaned well, and none of the buttons were broken on the men's button down shirts (this has been a problem with other cleaners in the area) -They are professional & friendly. The shop is also organized and clean, something that is always appreciated! -They're online messaging system gives you updates in real time and you can see prices and any updates while they have your order. I've never had a cleaner be so digitally-friendly or organized, again, this is appreciated as it makes the whole experience much quicker and transparent.
