Brite Touch does a beautiful job on both clothing and household items. They handle everything with care and everything comes back perfectly finished. They are able to return your items within a few days for a very reasonable price. I really appreciate that the dry cleaning has NO CHEMICAL ODOR. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Ms. Dina & her staff continue to provide the absolute best customer service. I won’t take my dry cleaning anywhere else. If you’re looking for a dry cleaning service that’s quick and reliable, I would highly suggest trying out Brite touch cleaners at this specific location!

They do good work. However, they have ruined two items by laundering the garments instead of dry cleaning. I assume these were errors due to someone not reading the labels and I now pin "dry clean carefully" on the order.

They cleaned my 20-lb weighted blanket when my regular dry cleaner would not. Friendly service and my blanket looks brand-new again! I would definitely recommend Brite Touch to anyone who needs their bedding professionally cleaned.

Phenomenal work and outstanding customer service! I took a delicate satin dress with a greasy food stain and after the first clean it didn’t come out. Without hesitation, Mrs. Dina said that she would personally clean it and she delivered! The dress looks brand new without any signs of the stain. She stood by her word and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and content. Finding customer service like this in today’s time is hard to find so I’m a sold customer for life! Even though it’s a bit of a far drive for me I’ll be back with all my delicates. You will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Mrs. Dina!

Brite Touch on Durham took the musty odor out of the postage stamp quilt that my Aunt Nancy made. It is revived and I can show it off to guests who come to see our art collection and old home in the Heights. I am a fan of Brite Touch on Durham!

FENOMENAL Cleaning! My friend suggested this place to clean my wedding dress! These dry cleaners did absolutely fantastic job! My wedding dress looks brand new. I’ve tried different cleaners here in Houston and was very disappointed with the job they’ve done, but this place went above and beyond! Will be using only these guys going forward. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Excellent and very Professional dry cleaning service. Christian listened attentively to my request--NOT to have flattened collars on my silk blouses, which was my first request/ experience in sending my dry cleaning needs to this company. Not so with other Houston companies I have tried. Also, Rick graciously honored a 25% off coupon that had expired by one day---when another series of silk blouses were brought in to him. Overall, very pleased!!!

I want to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to the staff here. I came in at the last minutes with two trash bags of clothes that I needed heat-treated and cleaned in the same day. Not only were they able to accommodate my ask, they finished the job earlier than expected. All of my belongings were fresh and clean when I picked them up. I would definitely recommend using their services. Much love and appreciation ❤️

I had such a wonderful experience with these cleaners! I made an unfortunate (and unknown) mistake while washing my clothes at home; my research told me that my clothes were ruined and could not be saved. But these were some of my favorite dress clothes for work, some that would be difficult to replace. The staff on the phone was helpful when I called. They were kind and understanding when I dropped my clothes off and advised the garment specialist would need to take a look. I just got the call that they were able to save all of my clothes for a very low price with only 72 hours of turn around. They have helped me save a lot of money in having to replace my most favorite clothes. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again!

First time at this place. I dropped off yesterday, I had a death in my family so I called to see if I could pay extra so that I could travel to Louisiana for tomorrow's funeral services. The kind gentleman didn't want extra money. Within 2 hours my clothes were ready. These guys are legit!! I will be back. THANKS!!

I have been going to Brite Touch Cleaners for years. Everything they do is top notch, from customer service to taking care of my garments. They are meticulous in treating stains and pressing clothes. My husband always notes that he can tell a difference between the way his clothes are pressed here versus other cleaners. This is the only place to take quality clothes.

First time to use this cleaners. Seems to have done fine with custom bedding but haven’t assembled it yet. I understand they bought another cleaners I used to go to and they were horrible. I Al assuming this company is buying up small cleaner. The one I just went to doesn’t even have the name on the building yet.

I brought in a brand new white shirt that I made the mistake of ironing with a hotel iron. It left black and brown marks right on the front. They were able to get it out and save the shirt.

I started coming to Brite Touch few months ago because of horrible experience I had at different dry cleaner place. I was treated by ms. Dana, from the jump she made me feel at home. She has always been so pleasant! Easy to work with and just makes the whole experience worth it. I've been bringing lots of clothes and the QUALITY of their work and customer service of has been exceeding my expectations every time. Brite Touch is one of those places that will take care of you and you don't have to worry about quality or consistency of their work...not only that but their Excellent customer service. When you go there ask for ms. Dana...she is the BEST!

Tried Brite Touch Cleaners for the first time and had a great experience. The staff are super friendly and professional, and they did a top-notch job dry cleaning 4 business blazers for me. I needed the job done quickly, and they were very accommodating and had the blazers ready for me the next morning. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Took a comfoter here for cleaning. Was greeted immediately by an employee, and given the option for tect and/or email updates on my order updates. Once my comforter was ready, I received a notification. I picked it up myself, though they do offer delivery, which is nice! Price is comparable to other cleaners. Will come back again!

I recently had an exceptional experience with this cleaning service that truly went above and beyond in their commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did they provide top-notch cleaning, but their proactive communication was a standout feature. They made sure to text me to confirm that all my needs were being met, showing a level of personalized attention that is rare in the industry. Additionally, they were quick to inform me of any additional concerns they encountered during the cleaning process and provided practical solutions on the spot. This level of service, where they not only meet but anticipate your needs, sets them apart and ensures that I will be a returning customer.

Brite Touch offered great services and were very welcoming. They allowed me to pick up my dry cleaning on my day off and did a great job on getting the dirt off my tuxes.

I Took a letter jacket that my son had in high school and he graduated in 2001. It was a mess and it was sticky and just strange. But the Miracle workers at Brite Touch revived it and he was so excited to see it after all these years. They are the nicest people you would ever wanna work with.

Just recently tried this cleaner out for the first time and I’m impressed. The communication is outstanding and they are on top of current technologies which is fascinating. I dropped off clothes and Leonardo was very welcoming, gave him all my info and immediately was contacted via email and text about my order and when I should expect it to be ready. Next day I was sent a text letting me know my order was ready. They shared their contact information as well in which you can text or call if you have any questions. The clothes were pressed as I asked, service was fast b friendly. I would hands down recommend Brite Touch. They have a new customer with me.

I was recommended this place as being among the best & most knowledgeable cleaners in town and my experience has been such. I own a local vintage clothing store and have had 10s of thousands of dollars worth of clothing cleaned by them. I bring them garments that are stained or require special cleaning processes and they have expertly cleaned everything from 1940s military jackets to rare Polo and everything in between.
TLDR: THEY ARE VERY GOOD. TRUSTED EXPERT CLEANERS.
