I use the pick up/drop off service and they communicate so well. I get texts to confirm service and delivery. The quality of the cleaning is great. I am very sensitive to detergents and have no issue with their products. The clothes are always clean and pressed and look great. I won't use any other cleaner! That tells you everything you need to know about how pleased I have been with the quality of their work and their kind customer service. I love that they remember my name when I come in, and they pay very close attention to and repair missing buttons, loose hems or rips so I'm not caught off guard when I want to wear something.
